Getting Started... 

Your First 5 Classes

                            These effective classes are designed to help you:
                              * Gain Strength
                              * Realign Your Posture
                              * Improve Balance
                              * Lift Your Mood
                              * Strengthen Your Bones

 

    All with enjoyable, achievable workouts that you can do at home.

 

DAY 1

Mat Foundations & Flow

In this class, we'll start standing and then lie on the mat, as I take you through some foundational moves to set you up for success. 
By the end of the class, you'll feel better mobility and that you have worked your deep core and pelvic floor muscles. 

 

DAY 2

Strong and Steady

We'll use a chair for our class today. While seated, we'll work on arm and shoulder strength and then standing we'll strengthen our lower body so that we maintain good balance! 

 

DAY 3

Loving Your Legs

In today's class, we'll focus on hips, glutes, and legs! 

Having strength and mobility in our hips and glutes will help us align well and reduce aches and pains in our back, hips, and knees.

 

DAY 4

Uplift and Align

This class is a nice quick, standing class! You can add some light weights if you like. I'm just using 1gk or 3 pounds.

DAY 5

Posture Plus

Having good posture is something we work on each week here at My Pilates Time. We work on moves that strengthen the upper back and reverse that rounded shape. 

This one is a nice one to do to release tension in your shoulders or neck if they get achy from time to time. 

If you are ready to:

  •  Stay consistent with short, achievable workouts you can do whenever it suits you.

  •  Feel confident with plenty of modifications to make sure you are successful and get the results you want

  •  Stay motivated, as you notice your balance, posture, and strength improving

  •  Reduce aches and pains, making it easy to live the active, full life you want.
