Not much at all! Many of the classes are quick but super effective. Youâll start noticing a difference with just three 20-minute sessions a weekâand if you have more time, great! But even short sessions will have you feeling stronger and more balanced.

No, you're not locked in. Youâre in control. If youâre on the monthly plan, you can cancel anytime.
