Feel Good Flow

The moves I take you through here will give you a great full body workout! 

All you need is 20 minutes to get that 'after Pilates' feeling here! 

We start sitting for a stretch, then on our back for some abs then on our tummy for extension ( one of the most important positions for us!) and finish with hands and knees for a stretch. 

 

Weights and Balance

Using the weights, you'll be working your shoulders and also your lower body as we include some balance and coordination exercises. 

 

 

 

 

 

Quick Hips and Core

Keeping your hips moving and your core strong makes for a healthy back and posture.

This class, can be done without a roller.

(When the roller is under the feet - you will follow the moves with no props. When the roller is under the hips, you will use a rolled-up towel instead).
